Reading of Statement of Compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act.

 

Adoption of the minutes of the January 10th, 2008 meeting as presented prior to this meeting.

 

Adoption of Resolution #2008.03Z for Nancy Reidenbaker, Block 1301, Lot 3, 307 Chairville Road for a “d” variance to allow commercial vehicles on a lot in the RR Zone.

 

1.                 The continued hearing for John C. Richardson, Block 301, Lot 8, 81 West Mae Avenue for bulk variances for an existing 16’x20’ deck in the RR Zone.

 

2.                 The continued hearing for Michael Finnegan, Block 1902, Lot 33, 1991 Route 206 for a use variance to modify the existing mixed uses to construct a 26’x17’ family room addition and rear entryway in the HC Zone.
