Reading of Statement of Compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act.

 

Adoption of the minutes of the July 10th, 2008 meeting as presented prior to this meeting.

 

Adoption of Resolution #2008.05Z for John Arnold, Block 2702.72, Lot 41, 19 Berkshire Lane for bulk variance (rear yard setback) to allow construction of a 10’x20’ three-season room.

 

1.                 The continued hearing for Pedro Miangala, Block 1903, Lot 48.01, 1988 Route 206 for bulk variances to allow demolition of an existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling in the AP Zone. 

2.                 The continued hearing for Thomas Engel, Block 901.02, Lot 11, 512 Adams Lane for bulk variances to allow construction of a three-car garage in the RR Zone.

3.                 The hearing for Cricket Communications, Inc., Block 403, Lot 12.05, 1899 Route 38 for a Use variance and site plan review for additional antennas and cabinet on an existing telecommunication tower in the I Zone.
