During the year 2002, Southampton Township underwent a program of revaluation of all properties in order to establish equitable assessments for all property owners. During that period, Dennis DeKlerk, Township Assessor, provided information via the Community Newsletter which laid out the purpose of the revaluation, its progress, and ultimately, the results of the project.
